Crafted around a single large slab of English walnut, the desk features a sculptural base and integrated cabinet, connected with concealed locking dovetails to ensure long-term stability. This engineering detail supports the expansive walnut desk top while allowing for natural wood movement.
 
The drawers, made with smooth-running hardware, are faced in richly textured American black walnut and finished with hand-turned sycamore handles. This thoughtful combination of timber provides both warmth and contrast.
