I am a bespoke furniture maker based near Oxford. I came into this work from a deep desire to create beautiful, lasting things — objects that feel as good to touch as they are to look at. Pieces that aren't simply functional but are also beautiful. Most of what I make is in solid timber, shaped into sculptural forms that reflect the natural world. Curves, texture and tactility are central to my process.
My work blends traditional craftsmanship with a sculptural, design-led approach. I often draw inspiration from nature — from the twisting forms of branches and roots to the subtle shifts of light on textured surfaces. Rather than straight lines and predictable shapes, I’m drawn to flow, form, and new ways of expressing material.
This site shares a selection of past work: custom walnut desks, record player cabinets and vinyl storage units, TV cabinets, and other bespoke wooden furniture. Many pieces are designed around specific objects — a pair of valve amps, a turntable, a vinyl collection — and built to last decades. I aim to make what will become the heirlooms of the future.
Although I'm based near Oxford I have worked with people across the UK. Whether you're after a freestanding desk, a bespoke HiFi unit, a vinyl storage cabinet, or something more sculptural and personal, I’d love to hear from you.
